This white wine was created with the idea of recovering the oldest Albillos in the area.
With Cillar Blanco de Silos we have managed to bring out all the expressiveness of the soil and the grape in Quintana del Pidio.

Average age of vines: Vines over 70 years old.
Yields: 2,000 Kg/ha.
Soil type: Sandy loam.
Average altitude: 870 meters.
Winemaking: Fermented in 500l oak barrels. Aged on lees for 8 months. Bottled in May 2016.
Harvest: 100% manual.
